Exodus 36:1 “The Lord has gifted Bezalel, Oholiab, and the other skilled craftsmen with wisdom and ability to perform any task involved in building the sanctuary. Let them construct and furnish the Tabernacle, just as the Lord has commanded.”

Exodus 36:34 And the Lord has given both him and Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach their skills to others.

When God wants to get something done He goes above and beyond in the gifting. He not only gave Bezalel and Oholiab abilities to do EVEYTHING that needed to be done, He gave them the ability to teach others to do the work as well. I believe that God does the same thing today. We all have gifts and talents and there are some people who are exceptional in certain areas. When more workers are needed He will give a gift of teaching to those who have specific talents so that those who are not particularly gifted in an area can learn to do some of the work. That way the work can be divided up and be completed as He sees fit. He know just what it takes to get the job done.
