October 1, 2026 - Incomprehensible God
“From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose. What I have said, that I will bring about; what I have planned, that I will do.”
Isaiah 46:11 NIV
I thank God that He is constantly reminding me of His faithfulness. His sovereignty. His power and all the omnis. He created every animal and every one of us how can we doubt that He would not care for us. He has a plan and a purpose for His creation, and we all have our individual purpose that we can trust in Him to bring about. Free will and God's sovereignty is impossible to reconcile in our limited human minds. I don't need to understand it to trust it. The fact that it is unfathomable in my mind gives me greater confidence in God. It is not confusing to Him and He has proven it over and over again since the beginning of time. He can do things we can't comprehend. Hello! Creation. Of course, He can understand and work out things in ways that we can't comprehend.
His yoke is easy and His burden is light when we walk with Him and trust Him.
