Toni… I’m surprised how we are clothed, the garments He gives us didn’t catch your mind in this reading. 💜

I delight greatly in the Lord;

my soul rejoices in my God.

For he has clothed me with garments of salvation

and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness,

as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest,

and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

One thing that I had never caught before was Jesus putting on the armor of God before:

17 He put on righteousness as his breastplate,

and the helmet of salvation on his head;
