The wall was rebuilt in 52 days. What a great physical feat. But what was needed was for a spiritual rebuilding. On the way to church today I heard a small part of The Bible Study Hour (linked below) and he was talking about Nehemiah. First step was to rebuild the wall next was rebuild the nation.

Today's reading shows us the rejoicing of the dedication but also talks about how far they have fallen. And how much of a spiritual revival is needed.
