2 CORINTHIANS 11:1-13:13
ACTS 20:7-12
I read but nothing really stood out. I am pretty sleep deprived after a late flight home from the holiday away. Then up for church this morning and no time to nap. So, I am guessing I am just not thinking well. Thankfully pastor Rick didn't preach like Paul or I would have fallen asleep.
May God give me a good nights rest and get me back on track tomorrow.

2 Cor. 11:21–30)
Paul is dealing with false apostles who are bragging about their credentials, trying to undermine him in the Corinthian church. They’re boasting about : being Hebrews, being Israelites, being descendants of Abraham, being servants of Christ
Paul says, “They want to boast? Fine—I’ll play the foolish game for a moment.”. But instead of bragging about impressive accomplishments, he lists: hardships, persecution, suffering, danger and weaknesses.
He flips the whole idea of bragging upside down. The “boast” he gives is not about strength but about the scars that prove his faithfulness.
Why? Because true Christian leadership is not built on ego, titles, or image. It’s built on sacrifice and obedience.
(2 Cor. 12:6–10)
