Philippians 4:4–13
The Verses That Have Carried Me
Philippians 4:4–13 has always been one of my favorite passages in Scripture. These verses have walked with me through so many seasons. Times of anxiety, uncertainty, heartbreak, and moments when I simply needed to breathe and remember that God was still holding me.
Every time I come back to this passage, it speaks something new, yet the message is always the same: God is near, God is faithful, and God is enough.
Paul wrote these words from prison, and yet his heart was full of joy and peace. That alone amazes me. It reminds me that joy isn’t something we wait to feel; it’s something we choose because of who Jesus is.…
