^{2Timothy 2:23} Again I say, don’t get involved in foolish, ignorant arguments that only start fights. ²⁴ A servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, be able to teach, and be patient with difficult people.

We all deal with difficult people at times but as Christians especially as leaders we have need to conduct ourselves with kindness and patience. When we respond with arguments and negativity we are foolish.

^{2Timothy 4:18} Yes, and the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack and will bring me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.

The reason we can do that is because we know that the Lord can and will deliver us from the attack of those who oppose us and cause us harm. There is no attack that the Lord cannot defend us of. We need to live in a way that gives "All glory to God forever and ever! Amen"
